Electronic appeal
Submission of electronic appeals is carried out through the State Unified Republican Information System for Accounting and Processing of Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities.

Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities"
Appeals are made in Belarusian or Russian.
According to Article 12 of the Law "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities", fields marked with * are required.
It is not allowed to use obscene or offensive words or expressions in appeals.
Appeals should contain information on the results of their previous consideration with the attachment (if available) of documents confirming this information.
The withdrawal of an electronic appeal is carried out by submitting a written application or sending an application in electronic form.
